Q? What do ischemic mini strokes to the brain look like on clinical exam?
A: Ischemic mini strokes from impaired blood flow create incomplete lesions to nerves and nerve tracts in the brain. These can cause varying degrees of partial to complete “palsies” (aka: paralyses) of nerves that control brain functions.
Eye turning in is a 6th nerve lesion; Eye turning out is a 3rd nerve lesion. Eye turning up (and in) is a 4th nerve lesion - ischemia and vasculopathy (impaired blood flow) is the number one cause of these clinical signs

Hypoxia-ischemia: Ischemia refers to blood flow to cells and organs that is not sufficient to maintain their normal function.
Hypoxia is a pathological condition in which the body as a whole (generalized hypoxia) or a region of the body (tissue hypoxia) is deprived of adequate oxygen supply.
Anoxia: The term anoxiameans a total decrease in the level of oxygen, an extreme form of hypoxia or “low oxygen”. The terms anoxia and hypoxia are used in various contexts.
Stroke: is the rapidly developing loss of brain function(s) due to disturbance in the blood supply to the brain. This can be due to ischemia (lack of glucose & oxygen supply) caused by impaired blood flow from clots, hemorrhage, or other factors that decrease blood flow. Strokes can happen to any organ system – bowel, liver, kidney, bone, heart, brain…
Transient ischemic Attack (TIA): A transient ischemic attack (abbreviated as TIA, often colloquially referred to as “mini stroke”) is a change in the blood supply to a particular area of the brain, resulting in brief neurologic dysfunction that persists, by definition, for less than 24 hours. If symptoms persist longer, then it is categorized as a stroke.
RIND (Reversible ischemic Neurologicl Deficit): A RIND is A brain infarct (lesion) that lasts longer than 24 hours, but less than 72 hours. The functional losses to the brain are deemed reversible as the blood flow returns to the area and the cause of poor blood flow has resolved.
Hypoxia ischemia Encephalopathy (HIE): Hypoxia ischemia encephalopathy (impaired brain functions) is a condition in which the entire brain does not receive enough oxygen, but isn’t completely deprived.

7th Cranial Nerve upper motor neuron lesion - ischemia 101 and brain damages
Micro vascular ischemic strokes most often affect the eyes in their movements and their alignments. All of these patients have brain damages from impaired blood flow to the brain - mini-strokes. A palsy is a medical word for "paralysis" (of the nerve) - partial to complete.
This patient has an aneurysm to the blood vessels in the brainstem that is impairing blood flow to the 6th cranial nerve. This results in the right eye deviating in slightly on forward gaze. In this case, the nerve is completely paralyzed, and when the patient attempts to look towards the side of the damaged 6 nerve, the right eye will not turn outwards (impaired abduction) at all and remains looking straight although the intact left eye can turn completely inward without any problems - the right eye simply will not follow suit in the right shift of gaze. When the cranial nerve is only partially paralyzed, the impairment is not always that obvious. In these instances, the ischemic brain damages manifest in the form of delays and "lags" of one eye transitioning gaze from one direction to another compared to the intact eye. This is ANOTHER sign of silent brain neurovascular damages. MASS ischemia from vaccines causes these damages throughout the brain (and body) silently after all vaccines -infancy to adulthood - any vaccine will do this (as will other triggers). These are mini strokes (i.e. we cannot see the damages in the brain with our MRI, CT scan, angiogram, SPECT, or PET scans. Indeed, we cannot even see this at autopsy should the patient die. The diagnosis is made entirely based on the emerging clinical signs. The pattern and temporal sequence of the palsies, relative to the brain's wiring, tells you where the lesion is, and what it's likely cause is. Even putting cause aside for one moment, the bottom line is this: These clinical features reflect brain damages - period. When these signs emerge after vaccines, this is unequivocal brain damage, happening, whether you recognize it or not. If you do not know the symptoms and signs, if medical technologies cannot "see" the damage, if the Doctor's do not measure these neurological features before and after vaccinations, if the individual (or baby) is not complaining, then you have no idea that there is something wrong and you need help. Even when you seek medical help, the medical system, technologies, and physicians do not know what to do, or why this is happening. Doctor's cannot diagnose patient complaints unless the Medical Doctor has some confirmatory diagnostic test to validate a symptom based label and disease process. They cannot diagnose a process if they do not know what it is. They cannot diagnose vaccine induced brain damages unless they complete a neurovascular cranial nerve functional exam before vaccinating, and bring the patient back within 48 hrs and one week, to ensure they have not caused damages that are unfolding silently.
Q? Are there any known neurological disorders tht ALSO cause damages to the 6th and 7th cranial nerves in the brain? I want to see more examples of cranial nerve palsies that western medicine accepts and has established is from brain damage.
A: Yes – Mobius syndrome is a classic example. Children are born with a 6th, 7th, and sometimes 3rd and 4th cranial nerve palsy (and autism in many cases). This is MASS ischemia as well – but the Doctors do not know how it is happening in these cases either. Möbius syndrome is thought to result from a vascular disruption (temporary loss of blood flow) in the brain during prenatal development. Mobius syndrome - congenital (born with) a 6th and 7th cranial nerve palsy (paralysis). The nerves are damaged in the brain, and sometimes do not develop at all. Medical hubris does not know why this happens. It is a simple answer - MASS ischemia. When blood flow is impaired in endvascular territories (prenatal or after birth) then tissue (and nerves) will be damaged, not form, and not heal. Incidentally, mobius syndrome can also be caused by a systemic drop in the pregnant mothers blood pressure during gestation, when the placenta was damaged during pregnancy (and not enough oxygen and blood flow) got to the brain of the developing fetus. Also note that 40% of Mobius syndrome patients also have a concurrent diagnosis of autism-spectrum (and/or schizophrenia). Note further that both autism spectrum and schizophrenia are MASS FLO ischemic disorders (from different sets of triggers) all of which impair micro circulation blood flow. The timing of MASS ischemia, relative to brain development, partly determines the type of symptoms that you will have. For example, micro blood flow damages in the first years of life will take out expressive language functions (expressive aphasia in autism-spectrum), but once language functions are laid down in the brain (from 18 months to 5 years of life) then MASS ischemia damages from hypoxia-ischemia will generally leave expressive language functions intact, but will cause other end vascular neuropsychiatric damages (like hallucinations - seeing and hearing things that are not real) and delusions (believing things as true that are not based in reality).

Dr. Neal Halsey - past President of the American Pediatric Association and vaccine safety expert/advisor to the CDC and John Hopkins School of Public healthvaccine safety expert/scientist. When we asked him, on the witness stand in court, february 2009, if he has ever measured the cranial nerve functions before vaccinating a child/infant, and then brought the vaccine recipient back a few days later to re-measure the cranial nerves to enureno damages were caused, he had to answer under Oath "No, we have never done this study." We will all believe they are safe, including the experts that advise us, if we never measure the right features that conclusively show they are not safe..at all. Dr Halsey exhibits a right 3rd cranial nerve palsy (left eye deviating outwards) on forward gaze, and a subtle 7th cranial nerve upper motor neuron palsy (flattening of the right cheek folds in bulk and tone). This is brain neurovascular damages - hallmark features of MASS ischemia - presumptively from MASS vaccines received even by the President of the American pediatric Association - he does not recognize how he is even harming himself. HOW IS A MINI-STROKE DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR STROKE?

A stroke occurs when blood flow to a part of the brain is interrupted or severely reduced. This deprives part of the brain of oxygen and nutrients, which can destroy brain cells and result in some degree of permanent disability. Stroke symptoms may include trouble walking and speaking, as well as paralysis or numbness on one side of the body. Prompt treatment is essential. The longer a stroke goes untreated, the greater the risk of permanent disability.
The term “mini-stroke” is a misnomer that typically refers to a transient ischemic attack (TIA) — a temporary interruption of blood flow to part of the brain. The symptoms of a TIA are similar to those of a stroke but resolve quickly — within several minutes to several hours. A TIA doesn’t destroy brain cells or cause permanent disability. However, TIAs may recur. Each TIA increases the risk of a subsequent stroke.
If you suspect that you’ve had a TIA, seek immediate medical attention. You may need various diagnostic tests — such as a computerized tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan — to determine what caused the TIA. Depending on the underlying cause, you may need medication to prevent blood clots or a procedure to remove fatty deposits from the arteries that supply blood to your brain.
A cerebral infarct that lasts longer than 24 hours, but less than 72 hours is termed a reversible ischemic neurologic deficit or RIND.
